👋 Welcome to the "Holy Land" of the Golden Maknae!

Did you know that Busan Buk-gu Mandeok-dong is the town where BTS Jungkook was born and raised? Before he became a global superstar, he was a creative and active boy running around these very streets.
Today, we are going on a nostalgic "Pilgrimage" to the places that shaped our Golden Maknae. Let’s explore Mandeok-dong, a neighborhood now loved by ARMYs worldwide!

📍 The Sacred Pilgrimage Route

1. Ildong Apartment: Where the Story Began
Jungkook lived in Ildong Apartment (a cozy 3-story complex) from his birth until his 2nd year of middle school.
- The Story: It’s located right at the foot of the mountain, providing the fresh air and energy that helped Jungkook grow into the "Golden Maknae."
- Vibe: The apartment feels nostalgic and peaceful. You can imagine a young Jungkook playing in the courtyard here.
2. Baekyang Elementary & Middle School

Jungkook spent his most formative years here.
- The Legend: While attending Baekyang Middle School, he went to the "Superstar K3" audition. Even though he didn't pass, his potential was so incredible that 7 different entertainment agencies handed him their business cards on the spot!
- What to See: The school building and the nearby playground where he showed off his athletic talents.

3. The Famous "Lego Village"
Right next to his schools, there is a beautiful residential block known as Lego Village.
- Why it’s special: Built with a German-style design, these houses have colorful roofs that look like LEGO blocks when viewed from above. Jungkook saw these artistic houses every day on his way to school.
🚌 How to Get There (Transportation Guide)

Finding Jungkook's hometown is easy with Busan's public transit.
- Subway: Take Busan Metro Line 3 and get off at Mandeok Station.
- To Ildong Apartment:
- Exit 1: It’s about a 15-minute walk.
- 💡 Important Tip: The road is very steep! For your comfort, I highly recommend taking a Taxi from Mandeok Station. It’s a very short distance (minimum fare), and it will save your legs for the rest of the tour.
- Essential Tool: Use your T-money or WOWPASS for seamless payment on subways and taxis.

⚠️ Important Etiquette for Visitors
Since this tour includes residential areas and active schools, please keep these in mind:
- Be Quiet: Residents live in Ildong Apartment and Lego Village. Please keep your voice down.
- Respect Schools: Do not enter the school grounds during class hours. Taking photos of students is strictly prohibited.
- Wear Sneakers: As mentioned, Mandeok is a hilly area. Comfortable shoes are a must!
